Eric Guiler was one of the first zoologists to study the thylacine in depth.

Many Modern researchers into this elusive animal appear to act like they fell from earth and no one went before them.Anyone can set up a facebook page and whammo..a few followers and internet experts suddenly appear like moths to a flame.Dont need no damn books seems to be the operating mind set now days.
